Flower Field Yoga With Cameron

Service Description

Cameron Blake first discovered yoga in 2012 and has since fallen in love with the discipline. As a registered nurse working in behavioral health, she naturally felt drawn to the mental health benefits. After practicing on her own for years, Cameron earned a teaching certification through the Subtle Yoga for Mental Health Program at Mountain Area Health Education Center in 2021. She now successfully teaches chair yoga classes that include mindful motion, breathing techniques, and meditation. The journey of teaching yoga has taught Cameron that yoga is a great tool for self-love and it has become her passion to share that with others. In Cameron’s chair classes, trauma-informed language is used to guide students through seated and standing poses. Through these sequences, students will experience techniques that calm the nervous system and enhance their mindfulness and attention. Students will also cultivate practices that promote self-regulation, resiliency, and offer an increased mind-body connection. Students of all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome. No prior yoga experience is required. Cameron is honored and grateful to provide space for others to learn about themselves and to tap into their inner self-healer.

Cancellation Policy

Workshops: While we are so excited to have you welcome you to the farm, please note that this is an active agricultural site. Our flower field is designed with building community in mind, but, farming messiness and mud are, at times, simply unavoidable. All tickets are rain or shine purchases, but we will reach out to you directly if rescheduling is necessary due to the weather! Photographers: While we are so excited to have you take photos at the farm, please note that this is an active agricultural site. Our flower field is designed with building community in mind, not as a photo backdrop, so farming messiness and mud are, at times, simply unavoidable. As it is an active site, we may be working during sessions but will be respectful of your time by avoiding work in any background areas. Please keep this in mind prior to booking. This reservation does not include u-pick flowers, but those can be purchased on-site if you wish to do so during the photoshoot. You may email us this request once you have booked if you need to use our buckets and pruners or notify us upon your arrival if you will be using your own. This is a rain-or-shine reservation. Refunds will not be issued due to weather or dissatisfaction with the field. If inclement weather arises, a reschedule will be offered, dependent upon field availability. This reservation does not include a photographer, and each booking party is responsible for coordinating their own photographer, arriving and departing on time, and being respectful of the flower field during each session. If you are a photographer that is booking for your clients, you are responsible for relaying this information to them prior to arrival. Sessions that do not comply with our policies will be placed on a probationary list for any future bookings.
